Non-Transferable Power#
Non-Transferable Power (NTP) is a virtual voting strength earned by stakeholders through participation in the Mother DAO governance. It cannot be transferred or traded but increases a stakeholder’s influence in voting.
Properties#
Non-Transferable Power has the following properties:

| Accumulation | Earned each time a stakeholder participates in voting within Mother DAO. |
| Non-Transferable | Cannot be transferred, traded, or withdrawn—exists only within governance. |
| Voting Influence | Contributes to influence, calculated as the Voting Power. |
| Proportional Loss | Reduced proportionally when the stakeholder unstakes PWR. |
| Incentive Mechanism | Rewards consistent participation in governance with increased influence. |
