In order to support the community, WavesCap proposes to slash the recently added 70 PWR of Aleksandr “Sasha” Ivanov’s 3P9dvvh2sK3ykR5cAWeQUv8T7gpYtdZYMJa.

https://wscan.io/3P9dvvh2sK3ykR5cAWeQUv8T7gpYtdZYMJa received ~249 PWR from a premint wallet (https://wscan.io/774QFthKs324W3W95Z2LYnU1CPEtvRnXR4SiJqaamKsJ) to enforce the first funding of 267,840 WAVES for his project predictorium.io. During negotiations regarding feature 26, Sasha agreed to withdraw the 200 from Waves DAO. It was actually supposed to remain locked until block 5628725 (february 2027), but they changed the smart contract data without a voting using a data tx (https://wscan.io/5QhuCwaTLtP8b9KHn7e46hEGs5XVhd7DuZdaZrG74euw) in order to withdraw it sooner than protocol rules say (https://wscan.io/DuumatLrUUZVDiL2iBg2CPKv3MfojykEaaoTYVJduULf).

Today he committed 70 PWR last minute to vote against the community fundings Arkimals and BAI who requested their fundings to be continued, beacuse they already had positive voting results, but where manually stopped by DAO contract owner using a data tx. This is showing again the "D"AO is still not decentralized and can be manipulated by its creators (Sasha). Currently he is selling the remaining PWR with the exact same bot type as the other address was buying (https://wscan.io/3PNaD8D8nbyGLfwDUVbJV9qXVbyG1bBe3Bx).
